Budding VIRTUOSO

    1. Be sure to bring your VIRTUOSO binder and your piano bag to each class.

    2. Consult with your instructor if you need help choosing your first or next instrument to play on at home.

    1. Each week we will learn one new song section or work on composition and improvisation skills.

    2. We will typically practice performing rhythms, playing scales, and learning 8-16 measures of a piece every week.

    1. Every week we recommend you play through the new song section we learned in class at least 3 times.

    2. We also recommend you proceed to your next lesson on Hoffman Academy each week and bring any questions you may have to your instructor during the next class.
